Ghana Corporate Governance Program is an IFC advisory service program developed to provide corporate governance interventions in Ghana. It aims to enhance the transparency and efficiency of the business environment in Ghana and help build sustainable businesses through improved corporate governance practices. The Program is working in partnership with University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) to review the Governance curricula of its existing graduate Governance course and introduce content for proposed short Governance certificate courses. Dr Chris Pierce, as a senior IFC consultant, visited UGBS in Accra during the week commencing 12 April 2016 and held discussions over 3 days with stakeholders to facilitate the syllabus review process.
