Ian specialises in leadership, team and organisational health development by providing coaching, training and consultancy services from board level downwards.
Ian is a certified facilitator for a number of psychometric tools and his many business-related qualifications include a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Open Business School and NLP Business Practitioner.
His early career he was a senior Royal Air Force officer (Squadron Leader) responsible for the deployment of billions of pounds of assets across national boundaries and was the first non-pilot selected to command a flying squadron. Upon leaving the RAF after 25 years’ service in 2010, Ian worked as a strategic enterprise architect and operations SME in the UK and abroad for 2 years. He co-authored the Royal Swedish Air Force’s ‘Reconnaissance 2040 Plan’.
