The OECD has published its updated Principles of Corporate Governance, and these were launched at the meeting of G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors in Ankara on 4-5 September 2015. The G20/OECD Principles are an international benchmark providing best practice recommendations on corporate governance.
