Following GGS’s submission of the Second Draft of the Revised Code of Corporate Governance for Mauritius in January 2015, Chris Pierce will be visiting Mauritius again in early February to have further meetings with members of the National Committee on Corporate Governance (NCCG) and other stakeholders in the consultation process to receive their feedback on the Second Draft. He will also meet Hon. Minister Mr Roshi Badhain, the new Minister of Financial Services and Governance for Mauritius. Later in February, GGS will be producing the Third Draft, which will go out to a wider consultation. The finalised Code is due to be published in April 2015.
