On the 9th September, Dr Pierce delivered an on line session on ‘Board performance evaluation: key considerations’ to the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) Certificate Programme on Corporate Governance known as the ‘Certified Corporate Governance Professional’. The on line programme is offered in a modular approach (two quantum), namely, Corporate Governance Essentials (Quantum 1 of six modules) & Corporate Governance Professional (Quantum 2 of six modules). The duration of the course is six months. The session was chaired by Dr. Garima Dadhich, Asst Professor at the Centre for Business Innovation, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs – Govt. of India based in Gurgaon, India.
