Ibrahim Foundation African Governance Index 2018 published

The Mo Ibrahim Foundation published its latest edition of the African Governance Index.
Fifty four African countries are included in the index and are assessed over four key categories, namely:
– Safety & Rule of Law
– Participation & Human Rights
– Sustainable Economic Opportunity and
– Human Development.

Mauritius ranks first in Africa with a score of 79.5 points out of 100. The index can be downloaded here:
