In August 2021, the GCC Board Directors Institute awarded the first Diploma in Board Directorship. The Diploma involves two modules (The Dynamic Board and Board Leadership plus one elective module) and the assessment involves participants successfully completing a 90 minute multiple choice question test, a 2 hour board simulation and a professional reflective presentation. Dr Pierce, CEO of GGS, assisted in the design and delivery of the Diploma.
