Dr Nermeen Shehata (an associate of GGS and Assistant Professor at the American University in Cairo) and Dr Chris Pierce (CEO of GGS) received a European Foundation for Management Development /Emerald Research Award for their research in 2014 that reviewed the implementation status of corporate governance disclosure in the Middle East and North Africa Region.
