EU Commission High Risk AML and CTF Countries

The EU Commission has a legal obligation to identify high-risk third countries with strategic deficiencies in their anti-money laundering (AML) and counter terrorist financing (CTF regimes).

The Commission revised its list on May 7, 2020:-
Countries added to the list are: the Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, Cambodia, Ghana, Jamaica, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Panama and Zimbabwe.
Countries which have been de-listed are: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ethiopia, Guyana, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Sri Lanka and Tunisia.
