GGS has been contracted to provide corporate governance advice to the National Committee on Corporate Governance in Mauritius. This builds upon previous corporate governance work in Mauritius as Dr Pierce was the principal author of the Code of Corporate Governance for Mauritius that came into operation on 1st July 2017.
