On 27 and 28 October 2017, Dr Chris Pierce and Dr Mary Jo Larson facilitated a two-day Board Development programme for an international and multi-lateral organisation in Jordan organised by Euromoney Learning Solutions. Ten board members attended modules in the following subjects: Governance and Culture; The Effective Board; Board Dynamics; The Governance of Strategy, Risk and Culture; Overseeing Investment: Financial Stewardship and Accountability; Managing Key Stakeholder Relations; Sustainability, Transparency and Accountability; The Board’s Role in Measuring Performance; and The Board’s Role in Leading Change.
