“Trailblazers” is a publication of IFC’s Women on Boards and in Business Leadership Program. It features the inspirational personal stories of 20 female business leaders from around the world who innovated, created new markets and added value to their organizations, giving a boost to their communities, their companies, and their national economies. The publication highlights the positive impact of women’s leadership on private sector development and offers empowering messages to female professionals aspiring to senior leadership posts. It also provides key gender facts and data on the status of women on boards and in business leadership around the world.
